Why Rosemore

Whose side is your lawyer on?

It is a fair question, and with this practice the answer is simple. Evan limits his work to representing injured people, families, professionals, and small businesses.

  • People, not institutions

Evan does not represent insurance companies, hospital systems, or large corporations. When you hire him, there is never a question about whose interests come first.

  • Built like it’s going to trial

Most cases settle, and often that is the right result. But insurers offer fair value only when a case is ready for a jury. Evan prepares every case that way from day one.

  • Straight answers, plain language

You will get an honest read on where you stand, without legalese or false promises. If you do not have a case, Evan will tell you. If you do, he will tell you what to expect.

  • Recognized by his peers

Selected to The Best Lawyers in America and named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in medical malpractice, by the lawyers and judges who know the work.

About / Approach

Every case begins with your story.

Before anything else, I want to understand what happened to you, how it has changed your daily life, and what a fair outcome would actually look like for your family. The strategy comes after that, and it is built around those answers.

From there, my job is the work most of these cases turn on: getting the complete records, finding the experts who can explain what went wrong, and building an account of events that holds up under pressure. You will hear from me directly, in plain language, at every step.

More about Evan Rosemore

What to expect

A clear path, from the first call to resolution

  1. We talk

Tell me what happened in a free, confidential call. No pressure and no obligation. If I am not the right lawyer for your situation, I will help you find someone who is.

  2. We investigate

I gather the records, evidence, and expert input needed to understand exactly how the harm happened and who is responsible. Acting early matters, because evidence can disappear.

  3. We build the case

I prepare your case as if it is headed to trial, document the full impact on your life, and deal with the insurance companies so you can focus on healing.

  4. We pursue the outcome

Whether the case resolves in a settlement or in front of a jury, the goal is the same: real accountability and fair compensation for what you have been through.

Common questions

Answers before you call

Straight answers to what most people ask first. Still unsure where you stand?

Call 205-807-1463
How much does it cost to talk to a lawyer about my case?

Nothing. The first consultation is free and confidential. It is simply a conversation about what happened and whether you have a claim worth pursuing, with no obligation to hire anyone.

How long do I have to file a personal injury claim in Alabama?

In most Alabama personal injury cases the deadline is two years from the date of the injury (Ala. Code § 6-2-38). Some claims carry shorter notice requirements or different rules, and a few have exceptions. Because evidence also fades over time, it is best to ask early rather than wait.

What if I was partly at fault for what happened?

Alabama follows a strict rule called contributory negligence, which can bar recovery if you are found even partly to blame. Insurers know this and often use it to deny claims, which is exactly why how a case is investigated and presented matters so much. Do not assume you have no case before talking to a lawyer.

Will my case have to go to trial?

Most cases resolve without a trial. But cases tend to resolve fairly only when the other side believes you are prepared and willing to try them. Evan builds every case with that readiness in mind.

What kinds of cases does Evan handle?

Evan focuses on serious-injury and wrongful-death matters involving medical malpractice and patient safety, unsafe properties (premises liability), and car and tractor-trailer crashes, for people and families across Alabama.
